We need volunteers to help with tent, table, and chair transportation for the Up the Lake, Down and Back regatta and picnic over the weekend of June 29. This weekend we have our annual Victor Jaczun Regatta. Racing is open to all boats, with a unified start for all boats, no separate fleet starts. Victor was a former Commodore of the Club, and a founding member.

The weather looks good for Saturday, with forecast partly sunny skies and 75º temps. Winds are forecast out of the NNW at low speeds. Based on the averages of 3-5 knots, with gusts to max of 8, I expect it to be a typical spring day where there are “teaser” puffs of wind, and lots of floating and waiting. Sunday has partly sunny skies with higher temps almost to 80º, with less wind mostly out of southerly directions, and a small chance of showers in the late afternoon.
