This Saturday we have our last racing scheduled for the season, with our Frostbite Series. All boats have a single start. Skipper’s meeting at 10:00 and racing at 11:00.
Also, we have other important information. Summer dry slips end on October 15. Of course boats need to be out of wet slips by October 31, and we have Haul Out Weekend scheduled for 10/21 and 10/22. Help and pressure washers will be on hand. On Friday, November 10, we will have our Autumn Banquet from 5:30 to 8:30 at the William Penn Inn. Look for more details to come.
The weather this Saturday is a bit uncertain, but we are likely to have rain in the morning. We don’t yet know the exact timing or extent of the rain. Current wind forecasts look to be pretty strong in the afternoon out of the NW at 11-26 knots. Expect temperatures to drop Saturday with the passing of the front, and barely making it to 60º for Sunday.
