Last night several Club members and I attended a presentation by Nockamixon State Park management regarding the “Penn’s Parks for All” project. This project began in 2017 with surveys of PA residents and state park visitors. This survey will form the basis for Department of Conservation and Natural Resources planning and policy through the next 20 years.

A preliminary report has been issued, and is available for anyone to review. The DCNR is soliciting comments on the preliminary report. I strongly urge all Club members to read the report, and submit any comments. The report and comments can be accessed online at www.dcnr.pa.gov/stateparks/pennsparksforall
