I recently spotted these Bright Eyes Green and Red portable "marine" LED boat lights on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WFMQNL6

And also a corresponding white: https://www.amazon.com/Bright-Eyes-Portable-Emergency-Waterproof/dp/B01BAB7M3A

They are not anywhere close to USCG compliant, and I wouldn't recommend them on any real waters, but for up at the lake, they might do well enough for someone who doesn't have electrics or nav lights on their boat to get back and forth to raft ups. Also, they seem like they'd work well on a pulpit and pushpit, but would have to be modded to fit anything else.
